Our hands-on course will show you how to master the art of creating succulent, mouth-watering smoked BBQ food.
James Loye from Ditch Brisket BBQ - a competition smoking team that have competed at Grillstock, will be leading the day, along with his team mate Mark, and of course I will be there as well as Paul Newby

Over the day you'll
  • Set up various smokers, including the Weber Smoky Mountain, Traeger, Kettle, Offset and Drum
  • Learn about wood and fire management including using different fuels
  • Cover meat preparation, food hygiene and safe meat temperatures
  • Try out various wood chunks and chips and get to taste some BBQ rubs and sauces
