BBQ Service

To prolong the life of your barbecue, particularly in an English climate(!), we recommend having it serviced once a year, so it’s in full working condition for whenever you need it.

Our service procedure:

Burners

• Remove all burners & inspect (where possible)
• Brush clean
• Inspect and clear internal blockages
• Check air shutter
• Replace & test

Gas Supply

• Check pipe work for leaks using gas tester
• Inspect pipe work for wear, cracking or damage
• Check gas supply to individual burners
• Clean valve jets

Cooking /Flavour Grids

• Inspect flavouriser bars for defects & brush off

Ignition

• Clean jet fire tube / Replace battery (not applicable on all models)
• Test spark ignition on all burners

Drip Tray

• Remove old drip tray liner
• Insert replacement drip tray liner

Trolley (if applicable)

• Check all screws are tight

Test

• Turn on and test BBQ is functioning correctly

Pricing:

Our pricing depends on the type of BBQ you have:

• Small, portable or 2 burner BBQ - £150
• Medium 3 to 4 burner BBQ - £165
• Large 5 to 6 burner BBQ - £180
• Cinders single grill - £150
• Cinders 2 x grills - £220
• Fire Magic grill - £230

All prices include a free replacement drip tray & ignition battery.

Parts replacement and repairs:

If we identify any worn or faulty parts that we think need replacing, we will let you know. The above packages do not include the cost of parts, but we can usually provide a quote on the spot for the cost of replacement, and if the technician has the parts to-hand, the job can be completed while we’re there, saving an additional call-out.
